I HAVE NO OPTION TO CHANGE MY PRIMARY EMAIL

Hi.

 

I need assistance on changing my primary email.  I have contacted multiple times the sales department, also the warranty department, but they could not help me out.

 

I have attached here the screenshots of the option that I do not have to change my primary email.

 

Please kindly assist me...I need this done urgently.

Hello,

 

Unfortunately the eCommerce site doesn't support the function for changing email addresses; we have requested they introduce this but currently do not have an estimated implementation date; the work around is to create another account. It is possible to change email adresses in the eSupport system.
