Not Impressed with false info and lack of communication for customer service

Contacted Customer Service chat to ask when a computer would arrive if I ordered today. Customer service rep said it would go out the same day, and for me to put in his customer Rep number so he would personally see this happened. He said it should be at my doorstep in 1-3 days, 1 week worst case. Made the order, put in his number. Next day, heard nothing. Ship date says 6 days, delivery date 2 weeks. Called back, talked to another rep who looked into it and basically came back with "it will take 24-48 hours to even inquire what's happening". 4 days later, I've heard nothing. The ship time went from 6 days to 10 days, now delivery is over 2 weeks away.


This isn't what was promised. And the lack of communication about it is dissapointing.
