What’s this pop-up survey about?

2020-08-29, 8:10 AM

Glad you asked.

As a visitor to these communities, you may see a survey pop-up, asking for your opinion after you’ve completed your visit. We hope you will respond, as your feedback is very important. We follow it, we read your write-in comments, and we try to adjust to improve your experience here.

The survey is short and wants just a few pieces of important information:

  • Do you value these online communities – these forums? That’s the first question.
  • There are several questions about your visit. Why did you visit, and did you accomplish your goal? Did you need to contact the call center? Is the site easy to use, and will you come back?
  • There is one non-forum question among them: Would you recommend Lenovo and your product?
  • Write-in comments on how we can improve community – we love to read those.

We hope you find value in these communities, and if you do, you will give us good marks. And if you don’t, we hope you will give us the marks you think we deserve, and you’ll tell us why.
