2019-11-21, 10:53 AM

Hi,

I have AIO Y910-27ISH All-in-One (ideacentre) - Type F0CJ s/n  ********. I have issue with Lenovo nerve Center, after installation of these program, i cant start games ( line COD MW2019). Game just starts loading, i see that game is trying to start in the Task meneger, but not starting at all. After uninstall, i can normally start my games. All drivers updated, windows 10 is updated. Maybe the problem is that these Nerve center is buid in 2016??

Hi mihhail1988!

Is the BIOS and other drivers on your computer up to date? You can run the Lenovo Vantage app and check for further updates needed on your computer before re-installing the Lenovo Nerve Center on your Y910.

If the app is not installed, you can download it here Lenovo Vantage.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Regards,

Jerry_Lenovo

I have Lenovo Nerve Center version 1.70.0426, witch was downloaded from Drivers & Software for my PC version on Lenovo website, and it is version from 06 May 2016. I have being looking to other Nerve Centers, but i found, that every nerve center is suitable with exact model of PC, not like Lenovo Ventage. Thanks, hope we will fined solution.

Yes, that is correct.

Is the network boost on your computer currently turned on? If yes, could you turn off this feature and try accessing your games again.

Thanks for reply.

Yes i tryed to switch off the network option and still the game wont start (even in task manager i cant fined the game). After Uninstall of these Nerve center game starts normally.

I have done some small video, sorry about the quality. https://youtu.be/uGeh7-YmkXQ

P.S. one thing more, that Nerve center shows, that i have 92% of CPU usage, but it is not real.

What do you need the NerveCenter for? I have uninstalled it for a long time... Same with Lenovo Vantage. Uninstalled. Get rid of this useless stuff... ;-)
