AIO Y910 get "input signal not detected" - worked fine yesterday and system check all okay yesterday

My Ideacentre AIOY910 tested fine yesterday and today only boots to the splash screen. Any suggestions?

Hi Tooncesmom,

 

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Try turning off the computer and unplug it from the power source.

Press and hold down the power button for 12 seconds then release and press it again for another 12 seconds.

 

Connect back the power source and Power on with F1 pressed down until BIOS setup utility screen shows up.

Check if the harddrive is detected and then restart.

 

If no harddrive is present then you can consider reseating it follow the guide in the hardware manual (page 35) checking the contact points are ok.

 

Update us how it goes.

** edit notes: on select model is a PC mode button next to the power that switches display mode, try to press it making sure that it is on the correct mode.

Thanks for the note about pressing the power button for 12 seconds twice.  It corrected the no boot M900z ALL-IN-ONE.  Boots fine now!
