Hi Jack, I have same problem overhere. Any news on a possible update of the file to the actual O5FKT08A.exe update instead of the o5fjy08usa.exe?

Based on the other threads, I wouldn't hold my breath. What kills me is that almost a week later the "bad" UEFI is still up for download!

No immediate update but it was confirmed on another thread that Lenovo is working on adding Resizable Bar Support so it may well be they don't fix this until that's done?

I also confirm I cannot update to O5FJY08USA. I have the same issue with underclocked turbo boost at max 4.3 Ghz as described in this post:

Legion T7 34IMZ5: i9 CPU max clock speed issue-English Community (lenovo.com)

There, the issue was solved by reflashing with O4LKT19A. However, I can't reflash with this version (it is no longer on the website) nor with the new version O5FJY08USA. Any suggestions? Thank you.

My pc does the same. It doesn't boost on all cores. After looking into it, it will not go over 70W TDP. This results in very bad performance, all core below 3,8Ghz while temps are perfectly fine. The most recent (and only) bios update on the site does not work. I created a ticket with Lenovo, but no reply thusfar :-(

You might want to try to set to performance mode in the Lenovo Vantage app. This seems to set the 'normal' turbo clock multipliers (for two cores this is 53) such that the max boost is now 5.3 GHz (performance in Cinebench is also now similar to user reported speeds for my processor). While this is shown in multiple Windows apps (cpuz, intel xtu, etc.), the max turbo speed is still shown as 4.3 (for me) in the System Information accessed before boot (with F9 or F10 if I remember correctly). So I'm also still waiting for a working bios update to 'correct' the boost clocks system wide.

Hi, I saw you have the same issue I had with clock speeds not exceeding 4.3 GHz and you referenced my post.

The definitive fix for me was re-flashing BIOS with the same version.

As a temporary workaround you could also check and immediately un-check the overclocking checkbox under the performance mode. This will eliminate the 4.3 GHz limit but it will not survive a Windows reinstall for example.

I will check my old files for the O4LKT19A version but slim chances I still have it.

So after some more playing with settings and trying I found a solution that did not involve flashing the BIOS. I set the BIOS to defaults and this was the fix. I did not modify anything in the BIOS previously so that's why I did not try this earlyer. I suspect the issue being caused by having installed Intel extreme tuning utility. Back to full performance!

Any news on the bios yet as the one dated 31st March is still on the support page and doesn't work.

I would have thought Lenovo would have removed this and replaced with the previous bios that did work ?

Can we have an official response please
