Legion T7 34IMZ5

Does anyone own this desktop that doesn't have it do random power off crashes? Just got mine this week and it does a sudden power off and reboots quite often. Looking at this forum it seems to be a common problem. Done all the updates including the new bios and still the same. Be interesting to know if anyone has had this machine trouble-free before i return it for a refund.

I own one - mine crashed a couple of times back when I purchased it in January.  I went into the logs and in my case a Corsair driver was causing the crash.  I deleted that driver and haven't had a crash since then.  I recommend running all of the Windows Updates, too.  You may have already done this, but if you haven't make sure that everything (GPU, memory, etc.) are all properly seated.  I use my computer up to 12 hours per day some days.

Me too, not often but rarely/sometimes it happens.

BIOS not updated.

I have Corsair ICUE installed.

I decided to do a clean install of windows (had a spare WIN 10 pro key) and let driver booster install all the drivers. No Lenovo programs installed and 24hrs in no crashes.
