Lenovo T730-28ICO: Microstutters on brand new computer

So mid december I bought a new computer a "Lenovo Legion T730-28ICO" and from the very start I've had microstutters. Audio and video will lag/freeze up for about 2 seconds and then continue as normal. This happens from anything like playing games or simply browsing the internet. I thought maybe I just had to update drivers etc, and I did. Even bios and the problem is still there. I've tried looking online and none of the solutions are working or they fault the hardware which I doubt it is for me since I've had the computer less than a month.

Re: Lenovo T730-28ICO: Microstutters on brand new computer

Hi Knazy,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I would recommend checking the CPU/HDD/GPU activity using your task manager to check if any of them are overperforming in any way.

I would also recommend accessing Safe mode to see if the issues are present there, this would be useful in isolating if the issues are being caused by drivers or programs that are installed on the machine.

Please also try the steps in this article to try to resolve the issues by using basic troubleshooting.

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Jack_Lenovo1
