Lenovo Y900-34 GTX 1080 TI

does the computer can handle gtx 1080 ti?

I don't see why not. Nvidia recommends a 600W power supply, and the Y900 has a 625W PSU.

Higher end models come with a GTX 1080:  Ideacentre_Y900_Platform_Specifications

You could try it, but the Jan 2017 readme file for the Nvidia driver for this system does not list it as a supported adapter.

Yep, you'll need to install the 1080Ti drivers direct from Nvidia; since Lenovo doesn't sell the Y900 with the 1080Ti.
