Hello, I'm wanting to decrease the size of my case to fit in better with my home, and need to make sure it will fit in. Serial number is S100WCTB, part name is Y520T MB FRU B250 TW WIN DPK. Will it fit in smaller form factor cases?

You can check the systemboard part number from here to use it to seach for specifications in details of the part. I used MTM and saw example board PN 00XK269 showing motherboard structure: M-ATX compact or Micro ATX.
Here you can confirm the dimensions of the board yourself to match the description as stated "The maximum size of a microATX motherboard is 9.6 × 9.6 in (244 × 244 mm)"for a MicroATX form factor.
