Never received confirmation email and no help from customer service

Ordered a Legion Tower 5i prebuilt last Wednesday December 30th. Still no confirmation email and money pending out of my account. Can’t check any sort of status either through the website since I never received an order number. Ridiculous!!! Tried calling customer service as and they said they’d send an email within 24-48 hours. That was Saturday. Seriously get it together or refund my money. I’ll just give to to a real store that won’t give me the run around and will actually sell me a computer rather than just take my money and leave me in the dark.

Still no response

Called customer service once again today regarding my order of my Legion Tower 5i placed a week ago tomorrow. About $1000 still pending out of my account. Today I was promised an email by the end of day with an order number and as expected nothing once again. Thanks Lenovo.

Usually, "pending" means your bank has held the funds expecting a charge, but the bank still hasn't sent the funds.  Was the purchase made using a credit card or eCheck or something else?

It was dine with my debit card. Regardless this is ridiculous. I ordered the thing a week ago now and have gotten no hint that it is planned to be sent. The fact of the matter is my bank account is $1000 less at the moment and I’m being left in the dark with no communication from Lenovo.
