2019-05-13, 5:54 AM

Hi there,

does anyone of you know if there is a hidden advanced BIOS menu for our Y910-27ISH and how to open it?

Best regards

If you remember the key combination please tell us.

I would like to play with the RAM timing and clock frequency... The normal BIOS unfortunately is not more than a joke... And this machine should be made for the gamers...

I think zerozoneice remembered wrongly and there is and never was any hidden menu in the bios for the Y910-27ISH.

Unfortunately Lenovo stopped working on our Y910-27ISH so it seems that there will never be any security updates for this system any more.

Yep I have decided it is time to get a new machine and chuck this away once sell the gpu / ram / cpu and bin the rest

Have noted to never buy a AIO again unless it actually has proper support, it's such a shame a great machine like the y910 aio is just dumped due to Lenovo having terrible support for there products.

A z170 motherboard which i cant believe they couldn't update the micro code to least allow a kaby lake cpu to be used

I did the cooling mod and loved it once again, but now I have come to the conclusion it's time to upgrade and accept there won't be another awesome gaming aio :(

Yo. I don't know if you already took your system to the dump pile, but if you are willing to play around you can salvage the panel!

There is a driver board you can purchase on eBay, and you can convert your AIOs panel to a dedicated 144hz monitor, the board is a little expensive at 110 but if you are a tinkerer at heart it would be much more cost effective than buying another monitor.

I haven't done the mod myself since I still deem my system as functional despite the chugging on certain occasions.
