I just found out that CTRL + Shift + 1 makes my laptops fans go 100% which cools the CPU and GPU immensely during intense gaming. My undervolted CPU averages around 70 - 80°C on 1080p with automated fans while with the fans at 100% fans it's 60 - 70°C.
Cooler = Better i'd say i really like it but is it recommended to play with the fans at 100%? I only plan to use this feature for intense gaming won't it get damaged over time? Also what are other Lenovo shortkeys that are good to know of?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As mentioned to similar question on this discussion from our guru:
1) Using fans continuously at max speed does shorten their lifespan but it should still last you a long time. (2-3 years)
2) If the fans stop working, then yes it should be covered under warranty.
3) I would say that if you are playing a graphically intensive game and the temps go more than 85C regularly, then use the Extreme Cooling feature otherwise Don't.
4) It has negligible effect on HDD and SSD cooling, but sure it can help keep the whole laptop a bit cooler.
