Blue Screen Error: "UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION"

2019-12-15, 14:27 PM

I got a bluecreen error short after I started to working with my Laptop (I had just my usual external monitor connected with an HDMI and I was just browising a couple of webpages).
It was saying "UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION".

After 2-3h of wait the collection of information before restarting was still 0% complete.

I had to turn off manually.

I tried to update WIndows, my antivirus (BitDefender), the NVIDIA drivers, Intel drivers (with the Intel update tool), Lenovo Drivers (with the Lenovo tool), and I checked manually every individual driver for automatic updates on the Device manager.

I then run SFC and it gave an error message, even when I repeated it after restarting windows in safe mode:
"Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 70% complete.
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."

I finally run DISM and found to issues:

"No component store corruption detected."
"The restore operation completed successfully."

It has been a while (months) that my laptops has blue screen errors when I use the sleep function, but usually it turns down automatically after that. This time it was different.

What else can I do to prevent further issues?

Laptop: Lenovo IdeaPad Y700-15ISK, Type 80NV, Mod. 80NV005FUS
OS: Windows 10 64bit Education build 17763, Version 10.0.17763.914
BIOS: CDCN25WW

Incident date: December 15 2019

Thanks!

On the Windows community, they suggested me to check the events log and on the basis of that to remove a Cisco VPN.

Still I keep on having about 6 errors / second all identical:

Source: TPM

Event ID: 27

Task Category: none

The initialization of the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) failed. The TPM may be in failure mode. To allow diagnosis, contact the TPM manufacturer with the attached information.

My computer has again shut down unexpectedly after going to sleep.

In the event viewer I can see the critical error message, the same that precedes every other unexpected shutting down / restart after putting the laptot at sleep:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
