Hello guys. I recently purchased lenovo y520 laptop which is including nvme 120gb ssd.
I suffered lack of storage. So, I got a decision to change to m2(2280)type ssd with more capacity.
Is it possible to swap from nvme to m2 with y520 laptop?
I guess those are same slot, however laptop specification of korea version describes as nvme "only". exact content is The laptop is based on nvme. it doesn't support m2.
I'm confusing at the moment. Please help me to get a decision.
Thank you so much.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try checking the hardware manual on the support page.
That should be able to tell you what the unit will be compatible with.
If it says NVME only, then it's best to stick to that.
Hope this help you, let us know how you get on

Thanks for answering me.
I found an information from specification it describes as m.2. it wasn't nvme only.
The link is below
except this, I couldn't find any information about "nvme only" things like that in all documents for y520.
could you check availability with normal m2 type ssd(not nvme) for the machine please?
