I hope I have written in the right place,
I have a Ideapad Y700-15ISK and for some time I have a problem when the notebook starts. When I turn on the notebook connected to AC power at startup does not load the mouse and the controller (both attached to usb), when instead turn on the notebook without the current but only with the battery then starts correctly loading both mouse and after the controller can be connected to the current.
I hope I explained, and that someone can help me
thank you in advance

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try a static discharge for this, it may help to resolve the issue or at least get rid of any built up static on the motherboard.
(If the battery is internal, please just skip the remove/replace battery steps.)
1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
Did someone help you today? Thank them with a Kudo!

Thank you for answering my question.
I ran the council to hold down the power button on the notebook, but the problem persists.
In practice, if I turn on the notebook without the power supply everything is ok, the mouse is read, if instead turn on the notebook connected to the mains the mouse is not read; I also did a test and it seems that when I turn it on and the mouse is not read if the detachment from the usb and insert nell'usb other PC side then reads it and so other USB ports are activated.
In conclusion, the ignition with the electricity network is attacked in such a way that the 2 USB ports right side of the PC are not loaded and read that instead of the left side, and when I insert the mouse or controller to the left side then you also activate those the right side.
Maybe it's a problem loading drivers or hardware read ... I do not know, maybe there 'some update that caused this problem, because until about 2 months ago did not.
This does not cause me many problems, just turn on the PC without connection to the mains and after it is fully launched and read all the doors then the connection to the electricity grid and it's all ok. But since I did before this problem I would try to solve another suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank you for answering,
The usb of the settings are enabled, and the start is selective.
I changed the settings so I disabled the selective setting usb and I removed the check on active Quick Start.
It seems that for now the problem is resolved, I hope it does not recur.
I'll be sure of this in a few days.
