Legion 5-15ARH05 (Lenovo) - Type 82B5 keyboard issue

after I did the latest windows update. the keyboard has become malfunctioning.

brought to lenovo service center, and the keyboard was replaced, but still did not solve the problem.
Removing and reinstalling the keyboard driver didn't solve the problem.

has anyone experienced the same problem? or a solution to the problem?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Since the issue happened after a Windows update have you tried resetting the OS to factory default?

You can do this by searching for reset this pc in the start menu then following this guide: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/videos/vid100785-how-to-reset-your-pc-in-windows-10
