Legion 5 AMD Upgrade options while buying

2021-04-02, 8:10 AM

Hi

I am looking to buy the Legion 5 AMD variant. However, I would love to buy with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD along with the 1TB HDD. Also, I would prefer the 144HZ screen to the 120Hz default one. However, while buying, these options to customize were not available like they are for the Intel variant.

Is there any way to upgrade these options while buying? Can anyone please suggest some solution for this?

Regards
Peace

Agni

Hello @Agni07,

Thanks for reaching out.

I would suggest reaching out to the sales team for purchasing assistance.

You can use this for contact: https://www.lenovo.com/in/en/contact

Thanks for your suggestion but unfortunately the sales team didn't respond or help out in any way. I am thoroughly disappointed in this kind of behavior. I am investing my own hard earned money in a device which I would like to choose to my preferences. If I receive no kind of assistance from the seller then what's the meaning of keeping a customer service team?
