Legion 5 Ryzen 4000 Series Screen Pixel Issue (Pixelated)

Hi, I just bought my Legion 5 Ryzen 4000 series on March 2021, and it's now having an issue only a few months after (October 2021).


I realize this screen problem first appeared a few months ago, only a bit part of it though. But now it's getting even more clear that there's a pixel issue with the screen. (Image 1)
I'm using an external display as well, but everything's fine. The issue only appears on my laptop screen. Though it only appears at the bottom area of the screen, the middle and up are just fine. (Image 2)

But it's getting even worse after I got my Windows updated to Win 11, it appears that the shadow of the old Win 10 taskbar is still attached to the screen... (Image 3) pretty weird, I just can't comprehend what's going on hahaha.


So, what was the probable cause of the issue, and what's the best solution I can get to solve it? Thank you.

This might be LCD burn in. Which should disappear after a few minutes of use.

However it might be possible that it would get worse.

I would suggest reaching out to service for possible assistance.
