Hi Shabab1539,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Legion 5 Pro. This could be due to outdated drivers or a hardware issue.
Firstly, I would recommend updating your system's drivers. You can do this by using the Lenovo Vantage app which will automatically detect and install the latest drivers for your system.
If the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem. You can check your system's warranty status here and if it's still under warranty, you can submit a service request here.
If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch with a Lenovo support specialist here.
Best regards,

I have updated all drivers. I don't have warranty. Please let me know about the potential solution so that I can try the fix myself.
Hi Shabab1539,
I understand your situation. Since you've already updated all drivers, the next step would be to check if the WiFi adapter is enabled in the BIOS. To do this, restart your laptop and press F2 (or Fn + F2) to enter the BIOS. Navigate to the "Configuration" tab and ensure that the "Wireless LAN" option is enabled.
If the issue persists, you might need to physically check the WiFi card. It could be a loose connection or the card might need replacement. Please be aware that opening your laptop could void any remaining warranty. If you're comfortable with this, you can find guides on how to do this on our YouTube channel.
If you're not comfortable with checking the hardware yourself, I would recommend taking your laptop to a local authorized service center. You can find one near you here.

Lan is enabled in bios. At first I also thought the issue to be with the hardware. But I have also tried a few usb network adapters. They are also behaving the same.
Hi Shabab1539,
I understand your concern. If the issue persists even with different USB network adapters, it might be a software issue.
You can try resetting your network settings. To do this, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset. This will remove and reinstall all your network adapters and set other networking components back to their original settings. You might need to reinstall other networking software afterwards, such as VPN client software or virtual switches.
If this doesn't work, you could also try a system restore to a point when the WiFi was working.
If none of these solutions work, you might need to consider reinstalling your operating system. Please remember to back up all your data before doing so.
Best regards,

I have already done a network reset, tried the various methods in command prompt like netsh ....., winsock ...etc. I have even reinstalled windows. I tried almost every solution I could find on YouTube.
Hi Shabab1539,
I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue even after trying all those solutions. At this point, it might be best to consult with a professional technician. You can find a local authorized service center near you here. They should be able to diagnose and fix the issue.
