Hello,

Have you changed the charger?

I will suggest you charging the laptop in power-off mode

and check if the same issue is there or not. Ensure that you

have to turn off wifi and GPS while charging.

That's very strange, usually rapid charge works while the battery is below 60%, as the charge gets higher, more heat is produced and the charge rate is slowed down to regular speeds. This is by design and helps to reduce the damage to the battery that would happen because of the heat generated by rapid charging.

Have you checked to see what speed your laptop is charging at? When you plug in the charger, click on the Lenovo vantage battery icon then select "Battery Details". The label "Wattage" should show you the current wattage your laptop is charging at. Mine is usually around 98 watts. When you crossed 60%-65% charge, check it again, usually, the charging watts will drop to around 30 watts.

Also, the windows battery time estimation is not always accurate, you will have to time charge and discharge times manually to get the best estimation.

That is my battery detail. Today I again face a slow charging problem. I think this is some type of rapid charging problem. According to my mind, Rapid charging was not on successfully every time.

I shut down my laptop and check what is its charging speed when the laptop is shut down. I shut down my laptop when the battery is 55% and after 10 minutes when I on my laptop it was only charging 3%. The stander charging rate of my laptop is 1% in 3 minutes.

I noticed one more thing that was my Rapid charging auto turnoff after some time.

And all these problems appear after the latest windows 10 update.

Okay, something is definitely off. I think you should send it in to get checked, maybe something is wrong with the battery because it's charging way too slow.
