Ever since I bought my laptop, TAB and WINDOWS keys are not working on the laptop keyboard. They work fine on external keyboard, though.
I use Windows 10, updated the latest drivers.
Searched for all settings in UEFI settings, but did not find anything useful there.
On-screen keyboard is working fine as well.
I was thinking, maybe the keyboard is in some kind of a gaming mode, so both keys are disabled, but did not find any options I could change.
I feel like I'm out of ideas now. Have you met this kind of a problem?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Aside from the external and onscreen keyboard, try the same key in the command line. Type CMD on search and run as administrator. Check if the tab key is having the same issue so that you can call in technical support or the store for probable hardware issue.
I believe that the warranty that goes with the machine would be able to cover it.
I hope this helps answer your concern.

As the CMD option is not working either, it seems it is a hardware issue. Calling the store next week.
Thank you for your help!
P.S. It seems you've just got your 1337th kudos. How cool is that?

I would suggest to give them a quick call as soon as possible. Stores do have store returns/ warranty to replace gadgets faster within the allloted time instead of sending over for depot service repair.
Feels good to serve the neighborhood.
Thanks for the kudos.
