Windows 10 1809 is still in beta testing and it is only intended for advanced users. This version has still some serious bugs.
Microsoft : Rollout Status as of December 17, 2018: Windows 10, version 1809, is now fully available for advanced users who manually select “Check for updates” via Windows Update.
If you can roll back to 1803.

Thanks for reply but I did not intendly updated to 1809 I was doing clean installation and I downloaded Windows 10 from Microsoft's website and mediacreation tool made bootable usb for me and I installed it I guess it was 1809 . But previously I had 1803 and I had the same problem I tried to fix it by clean installation . To sum up it is not fixed.
P.S how can I roll back to 1803 If it has been installed directly like 1809 from website of Microsoft?

Are you running the latest Bios : 8jcn49ww ?
If you had the same sleep problem with 1803 going back won't help much.
You will have to wait for a fix from Microsoft/Lenovo .
You can download any version of Windows 10 or Office with a tool like : Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool 7.3

In my case, the BSOD problem on waking up was caused by an incompatible SSD PCIE M.2 hard drive.
I had an ADATA SX6000 drive installed that work on the Realtek RTS5760 controller and it caused problem with waking and other small software problems.
I try everything: reinstall, change drivers, zarządzenie energią and nothing helped.
In other forum i have read that realtek controller may be incompatible with Legion y530
Next i changed drive to ADATA SX8200 PRO with controller Silicon Motion SM-2262EN and no problems occur anymore.
