Screen pixilation (Legion 5 15IMH05H)

I've had this laptop for about two weeks but the issue started within the first few days.

I tried with support to uninstall and reinstall the graphics card but the issue continued, both on Chrome and Edge.

Should I call to return/exchange this laptop? 
This currently only happens when I step away from the computer for a while and the screen times out and then is loaded again. Moving the cursor around usually gets rid of it fairly quickly.

I'd hate for it to get any worse but I also need it for work and am afraid it will take a long time. Is there anything else I could do before returning/exchanging it?
