My laptop has started to have blue screen errors in the last weeks/months.
This is happening more and more frequently (1-2 times per week).
This happens while working normally (maybe with music streaming on Chrome with Pandora or Spotify?).
In addition to this from time to time (once every 1-2 months) it completely crushes / freezes and I can only turn it off with the power button.
It's is worth mentioning that I like to keep the computer on with many programs running, many PDF/word files open, and many chrome tabs open, and to restart it only every few weeks.
I have already tried to update all the drivers and windows (Windows 10 Education, version 1709, build 16299.371), also using the Lenovo tool to update the system but it looks like it is not enough.
Could it be the old BIOS. I am still running CDCN25WW. Is it worth trying to update to CDCN54WW? I wouldn't like to cause more damage...
