Hi brianbrill and welcome to the community,

 

could you please explain what you are trying to do a bit more. If your trying to reset your machine then you can use this

 One Key Recovery  but this will not change the size of your Hard drive. do you mean you want to replace your Hard drive?

I want to reset my machine but change my C-drive from 100G to 500G begause the hardrive is C-drive 100G and D- drive 900G

You could use a program like partition magic to resize the Hdd partition sizes.

look up diskpart commands itll be run through command line the other option is press the windows key and type partition then open up the create and format hard disk partitions just dont wipe the c drive or mess with any of the other partions not without recovery media of some sort
