Re: Lenovo Ideapad Y700 stopped working

Hi Xpucka ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would you have the MTM / Machine number from the sticker or get it from the parts look up page

Just keep the Serial Number confidential when posting.

What Windows version would you have now and are you still able to boot on to windows and try to run a diagnostics test and temp checker similar to this or this

Would starting it with safemode or any other advance boot work?

Update us how it goes.

Regards

Re: Lenovo Ideapad Y700 stopped working

Hi Xpucka ,

Greetings.

Would you have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4GB on this laptop?

Try running the diagnostics test and temp checker similar to this or this so at least we have data to compare.

Similar steps that you can also perform as described by one of our guru on this discussion may help.

Update us how things go.

Regards
