2021-09-14, 3:50 AM

Hi,

I bought this laptop 11 months ago. Now I like to Upgrade the RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB.

I'm not getting multiple Colors on Keyboard I checked in Lenovo Vantage Application it's not showing any multiple color option.

As far as the memory upgrade goes.

If you match your 8Gb that's installed with another identical 8 it will give you 16Gb in dual channel.

If you install another 8 that's not an identical match it will give you 16Gb in single channel which is processed slower.

The easiest way to check the 8 you have is to install CPU-Z and look in tab SPD:

As for the RGB, there are different versions of Vantage that change with models, my RGB is in the section called lighting.

LEGION-5-15ACH6H, 82JU002YUK, Ryzen 7 5800H + Geforce RTX 3070 16Gb Hyper X, WD Black NVMe, FHD 165Hz, BIOS 44ww.

Hello @PuranKishore ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

RGB is optional for this machine. Please provide more information about your device. The machine type-model number (MTM) (ex 90Q800AKMH) from the underside or under the battery is best if your machine is a laptop. However if you are using a desktop machine it should be on the sticker, but please do not post your serial number which is normally in the same location. We will be able to find more information about your machine once this is posted.

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Jack_Lenovo1
