have not lenovo support, watching all of this keyboard threads see that it is hardware problem, and you should try to find some way to fix it. f*ucking talks about usb or onscreen keyboard is nonsens. we are waiting for solution from you, no matter what solutions we already find. you create really nice product with such idiotics problems - so its your headache to solve them

I tried all things. The metal casing on the ram (wich was bad aligned in my case). Plastic foil under the keyboard cable.
It doesn't work. In the beginning (after 2-3 weeks) the problem would occur mostly after a startup and would go away after a couple of minutes. Now (ca. 1 month after purchase) the mentioned keys are totally dead. I tried even with my system completely open and the ram casing off. I had to buy a USB-keyboard because I am working on several websites and I cannot miss my system.
I'll wait until the beginneing of august to send my laptop back to Lenovo.

Is it possible that i pressed down with hands the right side of pc and now it works? Maybe a have moved something? It could be compatible with your solution. Now i'm waiting if the issue will return or not.

well, i think pressing from right side works, becouse of those screws. they could bend motherboard or probably keyeboard slave. so if you pressed the right side, issue goes, but then comes back. but for me it works more than fine) besides, there is no reasone to locate those screws there - it makes no sense...
