I bought the laptop very recently about a month ago. One week ago i noticed that there is a gap between the display and frame. I went to the service center and theyput two sided tape to stick it. I came back home and the camera section was overheating and the gap appeared again. I don't know if they can fix it or not. It's a very bad quality product to me. Did anyone face any issue like this? Thanks

I just want to verify, does the heat on the camera area produce too much heat on the laptop? If yes, we suggest you to bring it back to the service center for them to check it further and perform a repair if needed. I have the exact same problem, camera section overheats (i think it's the inverter in that particular area) and the gap betwen the frame and the display, it's right around the same area as well. It also makes creacky sounds when touching the area, even if just slightly.
Did you ever solve these problems?

Not really. I have sent it for the third time to the service center. They changed the bezel and panel but it didn't work. They don't have good professional to solve the problem as i saw. And then on it can be a machine fault as they can't find the solution.

I have just collected the laptop after a month yesterday. Still have the heating problem, wifi problem which i have been mentioning for months. I have been to two service center in after i bought the laptop which is like 4 months i guess. And the laptop spent 2 months in your service center. Your authority is so messed up even your service agent. They say ok ok and they Don't know anything about laptop. Problems can be rare and you should act up professionally. Instead you loose people's time money on a faulty product. Even when i asked them to take it back so specialist can check not some dumb mechanic. You rejected. Then on the email center says that heating up is problem, service center says it's not a problem. I can't explain how messed up your system is. Maybe you have idea or not. You people actually don't care about your customers.
