Here it's video:
Until 2:08 Strong cooling + a good laptop cooler 73-74 degree CPU tempeture at constant 3095 mhz then i closed Lenovo strong cooling and CPU tempeture slowly increases until 4:30 then BIOS locks 7300HQ at 2396 mhz when it hits 79 degree!! While completely destroying performance ofc and it doesn't let Turbo boost no matter what until CPU tempeture drops to 65 or something. Extremely annoying thermal lock and the saddest part 79 degree isn't high what so ever!! Is it my Y520 or all Y520s are same guys??
PS: Add 10 fps to those numbers you see because i was recording with geforce experience and it loaded already bottlenecked CPU even more but when CPU gets locked at 2396 mhz stuttering happens without recording as well...

I knew this problem, starting with intel 4th Generation processor ,
The simple explanation is caused by the high temperature. The previous solution is to update the bios let the processor will not drop.
This is a problem with intel, it has dropped that it will not rise automatically.
It seems that this game has a very high load on the cpu, you can extend the processor's high clock time, but it can't be too long.

You are right mate, i searched as 7300HQ thermal throttle and like you said intel is doing that after 79-80 degree while i think it is 90 degree for 7700HQ so 7300HQ must be way cheaper CPU and i regret not buying 7700HQ one!! It is manageable, undervolted it by -0.140V and still works stable but barely holds at 76-77 degree so close to the limit with a good laptop cooler!! I think i will also clean the laptop and change thermal paste so it could work cooler but intel says 7300HQ allows max 100 degree while it can never reach that if it gets throttle at 80, so annoying (

You meant turbo boost power time window? In XTU Multipliers are locked but i can change V, Power limits etc but because it is already thermal throttling i don't think i can gain much performance.
