Welcome to the Community Forums.
It is rather advised to have the charger connected during heavy performance usage like gaming. The machine goes on ac power instead of the battery. This would prolong the battery life and you can set the machine to full gaming performance as needed.
Is it heating on the charger? charging port? or any other location?
The heat is rather concerning. Using extreme cooling option under Lenovo Vantage or Nerve Sense would be helpful.Having additional cooling system and low ambient environment is recommended.
Anything that is too hot to touch should be reported to technical support.
I hope this helps answer your query.

Thank you about the advice for the gaming performance. The area which gets really hot is around over the white marked zone. I don't know maybe it's normal, i've never had laptop and i am not really sure can i keep playing.

Hi BacheKoki ,
This area is expected to be warmer than other parts as it actually hold the heatsink assembly just under the cover. It is normal and you can use it the way it was designed.
The same louvers are positioned to take in air and blow it at the back for ventilation so best to have this area cleared and better yet have a blower assisting air intake.
