Lenovo Y540 After BIOS Update - RAM Frequency from 2666mhz turn to 2400mhz ?

After updating to the latest BIOS BHCN31WW for my Lenovo Y540, I've noticed that my RAM Frequency has dropped from 2666mhz to 2400mhz.

As I remembered correctly, before the latest BIOS mine was running at 2666mhz.

Is this some kind of bug / glitch ? If it does then Lenovo needs to act fast.

It appears that having slot in single Micron 8gb or Kingston 8gb will make the laptop runs at 2666mhz.

But when I put it both together again, it runs on 2400mhz.

Is it a bug? Or is it because of the different specs / timing / frequency ?

One of your RAM stcks is 2400mhz so the system lower both to 2400.

Clearly from CPU Z shows that both RAM is 2666mhz bro. Only different TIMINGS.
