I suffer from the same problem, but as long as the CPU runs at (or close to) it's max clock (around 4.10GHz) in my case, the desync disappears. If the desync gets too bad, I use a tool called DevManView (alternative to Device Manager) to restart the audio driver, which fixes it for a while.

Guys, today i have recived through WINDOWS UPDATE the first REALTEK AUDIO UPDATE with a restart requare.
You should update your system, theres a possibility that this update is the final solutions for all.
Help me to test.

PD: Realtek Audio and an strange update named Fortemeida - Extension has come toguether to my windows update.

Nowadays i have Windows 10 version 1903

Last night, after seeing this post, I installed new available cumulative Windows 10 updates and restarted my laptop. After that, I went to Device Manager and checked for driver updates on my Realtek Sound card. It found new driver and installed the update. Lenovo Vantage and Windows update didn't found new driver before this, I had to check manualy in Device Manager. It was a little late, so I couldn't test new driver last night, but I'll test today after work and will report. I can't remember the version number of the driver exactly (I'll check later), but I do remember it's the higher version number than the one previously installed through Lenovo Vantage.

 

EDIT 1: 

I checked, the version of updated (manual update through Device Manager) Realtek Audio driver is: 6.0.8757.1 . Before that Lenovo Vantage installed driver with version driver: 6.0.8710.1 (this is the version I had issues with) . I'll test the new driver and report back.

Ok, I have tested this new driver and there's still audio desync issue. It's starting to look really pathetic. Lenovo should do something!

Hi all,


2 weeks ago I decided to send my laptop to their repair center.
Last Friday I finaly get back my laptop with the hope that the issue was gone because they said that it was a bios issue and they updated it.
After a few tests I realized that not only I still have the desync but also the crakling sound problem !


This is the first time I buy something from Lenovo and definitly the last !!
Plus this topic was created more than 2 months ago and solutions are provided by customers themselves. So professional...

Hello, my English is very bad, I use a translator. The gentleman from Lenovo ordered to clean install windows and install drivers manually in the order of bios, chipset, power management, graphics, sound, and then any order. The order is very important. Have you installed windows and drivers in this way?

Guys, new REALTEK AUDIO UPDATE THROUGH WINDOWS UPDATE HAS COME.

Hope Realtek is trying to fix this.
