Hey everyone. I have a small problem with my Lenovo Y700-15ISK laptop. The laptop is in the 8gb RAM, 960M graphics card and 1tb HDD configuration. The HDD is clearly the bottleneck for me, so I've bought an m.2 SSD that I'd like to install alongside the main HDD. The SSD that I've bought is a Kingston 240GB (SUV500M8) that has SATA III connectivity. I've installed the SSD, but as soon as I start the laptop, it stays stuck at the Lenovo splash screen. Also, when the SSD is installed, I can't enter the bios. As soon as I take it off, the laptop works as normal again. Does that mean that the SSD I've bought is not compatible with this laptop, or am I missing something (like some bios setting)?
Thanks in advance for anyone who will (hopefully) reply and help me shed some light on my problem.
