I already saw that I am not the only one who has a problem with the keyboard on a Lenovo laptop.
My keyboard randomly stops working when I am in a game like League of Legends (i guess it happens only in games because I use the keyboard intensely then).
I just want to check if anyone has the solution to this problem. I already invested many hours trying to solve the issue (eg reinstalled Windows) and my next step would be to send it back to Lenovo and let them repair it (maybe change the keyboard).
Solved! Go to Solution.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you have already tried reinstalling Windows so it further isolate the issue to the hardware.
You can call in technical support for the in-warranty repair service.
Inform them that the issue appears randomly failing since they will try to re-create it in the facility and that OS reinstallation along with the drivers have already tried.
Hope this helps answer your query.

I got the Laptop back, now the keyboard has not crashed again!
They wrote me, they mounted the keyboard ribbon correctly (not sure if this is how to translate it from german "Tastaturband").
What they ordered: LV NB Labor BLR incl. Logistic
I don't know what this is, maybe it is this ribbon part which connects the keyboard with the rest of the computer.
Costed 80€, laptop was away about three weeks included the one week of delivery.
The repair service was actually not bad and the service hotline was kind and helpful.
