i bought my laptop through an exclusive Lenovo Store , on 12th May 2016 , today on 18th may i encountered a problem .
i used my laptop last night , packet it and kept away . didnt open it since then , today wen i did start it it worked fine for a while . thn my screen started getting blurred , WHITE Lines were displayed at corners , althought the laptop was working fine . thn stayed blurred for a while . even if i kept restarting it .
NEED SUGGESTIONS , Should i go to the shop where i purchased it and demand for a new one , or can u help me out to gett to know what made this problem occur .

It could be a graphics drivers issue or a hardware problem.
My first suggestion would be to update all your drivers from Lenovo website. Click on Support above, search for your system and download relevant drivers for your Operating System.
Also, update GPU drivers from NVIDIA website.
