So I've had this laptop for more than 3 years and have decided to fully perform a clean reinstall of windows 10 after facing a lot of FPS stuttering in every single game I play. After reinstalling windows 10 I updated all my drivers including the lenovo legion nerve sense, however after downloading the nerve sense and installing it I tried running it but gives me a popup which says that I should download it from the microsoft store which I dont understand because I just finished installing it. So yeah, after going to the microsoft store anyway to get it as it told me to do so, I ended up seeing that it is no longer available but can get it if i get a code which I also dont know how to get. I need help please, I tried installing vantage but it doesnt show me the same options I have with the lenovo legion nerve sense like the Extreme boost (The fan speed one)

Are we talking about the desktop Y520-25IKL / 25ICZ  or the laptop Y520-15IKBN.

The newest version for the desktop Y520 is the 3.0.14.13.

If nothing works, try changing your Region on the computer to US and see if there might be a region lock on it, like you find on App stores on Androids. 

Could be a possibility.

moi également j'ai un lenovo legion y720 dons le clavier rétro éclairage s'allume au démarrage de la machine puis une fois la machine démarrer le clavier ne s'allume plus j'ai essayer d'utiliser les logiciel comme lenovo vantage , hotkeys sans solution cette fois-ci j'essais d'installer lenovo nerve center après l'installation ils me redirection ne  vers Microsoft store et la on dis que l'article que vous chercher est introuvable. mon objectif est de trouver une solution pour que mon clavier rétroéclairer fonctionne
