Once i restarted, the screen didn’t turn on but the keyboard leds did. I know it’s not the brightness because i’ve been trying to increase it with nothing happening. Also, the caps lock and num lock white lights don’t turn on either when i press them and the hdmi doesn’t show up. mouse doesn’t light up either or anything else connected. i’ve tried restarting 60 seconds 20 million times, all the windows shift control b things, and nothings working. i really need this laptop to be fixed by monday cause i have school can someone help me?

Re:Lenovo legion s7 16ARHA7 stuck on a black screen yet the keyboard leds still work

Hi sxpreme,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Lenovo Legion laptop. It sounds like you've already tried a number of troubleshooting steps, but I have a few more suggestions that might help.

First, try to perform a power drain. To do this, disconnect all external devices, turn off your laptop, and then press and hold the power button for about 60 seconds. After that, turn on your laptop and see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, you might want to try resetting your BIOS to its default settings. To do this, restart your laptop and press the F1 key repeatedly until the BIOS Setup Utility screen appears. Then, select "Load Setup Defaults" and press Enter. Confirm your selection and exit the BIOS Setup Utility. Your laptop will restart and hopefully, your screen will be back to normal.

If none of these steps work, I recommend contacting Lenovo support for further assistance. You can submit a service request for technical support here or find a local authorized service center here.

I hope this helps and that your laptop is back to normal soon.

Best regards,

Jack_Lenovo1
