Lenovo y520 power problem

my lenovo y520 was working and suddenly i shut down it and then now it's not work or charge and the power light isn't work ,what the problem?????

If the machine is showing no signs of life then your only bet is to call support. This is most likely a hardware issue.

I bought my lenovo y520 from saudi arabia but now i am in egypt,  the warranty is active until 8/2019 ,, but i can't send my laptop to saudia arabia right now

Hi there

 

It seems there is a hardware failure and this can only be analyzed and fixed in a repair shop or Lenovo care center.

 

You can show it to a local repair store or check with Lenovo in your country, if there is a service center. There is nothing else to do right now.

If i remove the hard disk to get my data is that broken my warranty or it's normal ??

As long as you don't damage the laptop physically while taking out the HDD, it is fine to take it out and recover your data.

 

The warranty will still be applicable.
