So i have this problem ----> https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Gaming-Laptops/Lenovo-Legion-y520-bright-spot-and-dead-pixel-screen-def...
And after 3 months of consideration i decided to ship my laptop to nearest service centre.
I found about it and i looked how to deliver the item/how to get in contact with them
so i read that they void warranty if item has been opened. (can they even do that?)
I didnt open the laptop (why would i even do that), but i noticed on screws on the back that all screws are ok except one screw. This screw has no color and looks deformed. Nobody did touch my laptop. Is this factory error? How can i fix this? I dont want them to void my warranty. Can i replace screws by myself? If i do what type of screw is this and where can i get them. Can somebody help me and tell me what to do? Please

Try calling technical support first.
With the pictures of the LCD pixels and deformed screw, they would be able to create a repair ticket and advise you further how to proceed.
Warranty would be kept valid as long as the repair is done by Levono tech processed in-warranty repair.
Don't attempt any self repair at the moment.

Can you please post a picture of the screw and what do you mean by it being deformed?
