My laptop screen suddenly became like this a couple days ago.... I tried to roll back the driver and it doesnt work... I tried updating the driver and it still doesnt work... I need help!

Try to check if you also have the same issue by connecting it to any external monitor. This would help isolate further on the issue. Compare the display running it on safe mode.

It works fine when i connected it to an external monitor. I haven't tried to boot in in safe mode though.

Greetings.
Check if the same display issue is persisting in the BIOS.
To go to the BIOS, turn off the machine and use the novo button (item6 page 8) to power it on. Here start checking any faint lines too. Proceed to choose BIOS set from the Novo menu.
If the same display issue appears in the Novo Menu and BIOS then there is a greater chance that the issue is with the hardware. You can consider having it check in both LCD and LCD cable if reseating it can help correct the problem.
