No Device Detected - ICUE

2019-09-30, 18:05 PM

After latest keyboard update it says no device detected in ICUE I have Legion Y740-15IRHg Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81UH

Same here on my Lenovo Legion y740. I'm am older than 10 years old and cannot control the OBNOXIOUS STUPID STUPID STUPID rainbow keyboard lighting that runs by default upon power-on. W-T-F Lenovo, Corsair!!!!! iCue=3.20.80 -- should never have hit the "update" button on it.

EDIT:

This helped me gain control of the lighting when logged in: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Gaming-Laptops/Vantage-installed-the-wrong-driver-for-Y740-17inch-keyboard/m-p/4465283#M28559

But the laptop still vomits out the idiotic rainbow spiral on power-on and now (since iCue 3.20.80) the Windows lock-screen. Also, be sure the "enable plugins" and maybe "enable SDK" are checked in iCue settings.
