Not detected video card in Lenovo Legion 5 17ARH05H (82GN002LRA) Phantom Black

The issue now solved by using newer version of Win10. The unknown device was the vcard which after installing drivers is shown as it should be. Only one trick that you still may need is to use "switchable" video card mode in bios so the NVidia driver can find it and install. Then you can switch back to "descrete" mode. Keep safe!

Hello @Givoj,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If the system only has Microsoft Basic display adapter I would suggest trying to download the official display drivers of the machine.

You can download them here: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-5-17arh05h/82gn/82gn002lra/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Display%20and%20Video%20Graphics

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Jack_Lenovo1

All the official drivers were installed from this resource already but that doesn't help

also need to mention that all installed except nvidia drivers which reject to be installed due to "no corresponding hardware", which is obvious as the system doesn't see the device
