Touchpad not working Lenovo Legion 5-15IMH05H

Hello everybody,

Since 2 to 3 weeks my touchpad is not working anymore. I have a Legion 5-15IMH05H (2020 model with Intel cpu) with Windows 11 installed. Does anybody know the problem?

Greetings,

Justin

Re:Touchpad not working Lenovo Legion 5-15IMH05H

Hi Justin_Jansen,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your touchpad. Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Restart your laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix hardware issues.

  2. Check touchpad settings: Make sure your touchpad is enabled. You can do this by going to Settings > Devices > Touchpad.

  3. Update your drivers: You can use the Lenovo Vantage app to check for any available updates for your touchpad driver.

  4. Reinstall touchpad driver: If updating the driver doesn't work, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the touchpad driver.

If none of these steps work, it might be a hardware issue. In that case, you can check your warranty status here and submit a service request here.

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Best regards,

Jack_Lenovo1
