A couple of things to try.

Make sure that Windows 10's Night Light mode is not turned on, which will change the color temp to a warmer tone at night.

  • Press Windows key + A to open Action Center
  • Select Night Light to toggle on or off, or right click on Night Light to access Night Light settings..

If night light is already turned off, try running the Windows screen calibration.

  • Lift-click Start and type: display calibration  and select Calibrate display color control panel from the top of the search results.
  • Select next and follow the steps to calibrate your screen.

Depending on what graphics adapter your system has, you can also use the Intel HD Graphics or Nvidia control panels to adjust the color levels, but that should not be needed.

Good Luck,

Hey man, I had the exact same problem and fixed it. The monitor itself is most likey fine; it just needs some calibration.

I made a color profile that worked for me: https://files.fm/u/sh4jzznu

Download it then copy the file and go to > Windows > System32 > Spool > Drivers > Color and paste it in this folder

Then add the profile through Color Management and apply it.

Hope it works for you.

Along these lines, I have 3 PCs at the top of the priority list that would be my next one. The Asus rog strix gl504gv/Lenovo y540/bto x book 15/16 x 8xx adaptation

I'm pondering which has the best shading precision in these as I study photography.

Much appreciated ahead of time! site
