My Y530 had recurring COM+ MSDTC errors with Windows 10. The problem is discussed in depth in the X series forums:
Long story short, the solution is to disable the LenovoSmartStandby service on the X1 series. But, the Y530 does not have LenovoSmartStandby service.
Still looking for a solution...
