Y700-17ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Machine Type 80Q0 Battery problem

My Y700-17ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Machine Type 80Q0 does not charge above 93%.

It's one weeks old and does this from the first day. Happens in both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

The battery has a design capacity of 60 Wh but charges up to 53 Wh.

Running the command  powercfg /batteryreport /output "C:\battery_report.html

i get these results

Mine is actually lower at about 52Wh. How long have you had yours?

Either way, it should be auto-calculating so that the 53Wh is deemed as 100%. I am currently sitting at 99% with my reduced capacity.
