Can't seem to find this in support or forum. The only known regular issue I have is graphics stop/reset while browsing, don't know if it's related.

Best to call in Technical Support for the code interpretation as a special tool would be able to properly decode it.
It would also help if you try to run individual dagnostics for your storage and or run other tools for comparative evaluation similar to this and this. Always back up your files specially if you are having symptoms of slow performance , freezing or BSOD that may relate to failing integrity test on S.M.A.R.T. .
