Y700 screen issue

2016-09-09, 3:53 AM

I received my Y700 15', but once or twice a day, my screen freezes randomly. It is kind of weird that none of y700 users seem to have same issue with me. It is just my screen that freezes. My cursor moves but does not do anything. Clicking does not work. My keyboard works but since screen does not work ctrl, alt, and delete does not change the screen to task manager. I can only change the backlit keyboard light level change, volume change, and brightness change.

The only way I can get out from this trouble is putting into sleeping mode then rewake it right away.

It only happens while using internet( meaning I dont have any trouble gaming)

It is been happening for... five days in a row.

And I am wondering if there is anything I can do before asking for technical service center.

Please help if someone can solve this issue.

If your mouse moves then its not a hardware (screen) problem. Most probable you have windows issues, try updating drivers or make a clean windows installation
